8. Souvenir Advertisement
   
An attractive offset printed souvenir is brought out giving Three day’s programme to the delegates and invitees.We add value to the souvenir by including informaton for every use to the delegates. Most of them keep the souvenir on theirtable after the conference.

9. Banner displays
    Several eye catching vantage sites are available in this large conference venue. Banners of 4ft x 2ft will be accepted atleast 2 days in advance.
    (a) At Main Entrance Gate Rate Rs.75000 for 3 days.
    (b) At session Main Entrance gate rate: Rs.50000 for 3 days.
    (c) For other sites rate Rs.30000 for 3 days.
     
Mini Banners / Standees: These are displayed at many places in the conference location due to their convenient size 18 X3ft; will be accepted at least two days in advance. Rs.25000.

Exhibition stalls Rate for each stall : Rs. 50000 for 3 days
 
Exhibition is strategically located on the way to lunch and tea areas to ensure large number of
    delegate visitors.
  We plan to have approximately 10 stalls. Each stall will have 2 chairs 1 table with electrical
    points.
  Complimentary meals coupons for 2 representatives for 3 days.

Payment for the sponsorships, exhibition stalls and banners, displays are payable full in advance. For Souvenir advertisements, a bill along with 2 voucher copies will be sent soon after the conference.
