Delegate Fees:
The delegate fee includes abstracts, list of participants, admission
to all sessions of the conference, exhibitions, technical site
visits, lunches and the welcome reception, banquet & cultural
evening. A copy of the conference proceedings if published will
be sent to all the participants as soon as it is published.

Accompanying
Person Fees: Accompanying Person Fee includes the admission
to the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Reception, Cultural Evening
& Banquet, Programme for Accompanying Persons and the Closing
Ceremony. Every registered delegate is entitled to register
only one Accompanying Person. |
A special discount
is available to persons who register before 30th November
2007. The registration form, included in this announcement
should be completed and returned to the secretariat.
A limited number of partial waiver in the Registration fees
are available on merit basis to delegates from developing
countries.

Mode of Payment:
Please note that all payments by International Delegates are
payable in US Dollars by appropriate Bank draft/Bank Order drawn
in favour of Indian Association of Occupational Health - Mumbai
Branch. Payments by valid Credit /Charge Cards will also be
acceptable. |
Publication:
Abstracts that have been accepted will be published in the
book of abstracts.

Transportation:
Prepaid taxies are available from the Sahar International
airport & santacruz domestic airport to all hotels. Metered
taxies are easily available for travel within city.

Acceptance:
The organisers reserve the rights to designate papers either
as oral or poster presentation, but a preference may be stated.
Notice of acceptance will be given by 30th November 2007.

Languages:
English will be the official language of the Conference.

Climate:
The weather in Mumbai in January is generally dry with day time
temperature ranging between 28-30 degrees celsius. And evenings
are pleasant. Light clothing is advised. |

Passport &
Visa: Every foreign visitor entering India must have
a valid passport and visa. Delegates are advised to take Tourist
Visa. |
Currency Exchange:
Only Indian Rupees are acceptable at stores and restaurants.
Certain foreign currencies are accepted at limited number of
hotels and restaurants. |
Traveller’s
Cheques and Credit Cards: Traveller’s cheques
are accepted by leading banks and major hotels in the city.
Master Card, Diners Club, Visa & American Express cards
are widely accepted at hotels, departmental stores, shops and
restaurants. |

Appliances: Power supply is 220 volts except in hotels
where 110 volt appliances can be used. It is advisable that
you carry a universal adapter. |
