Scientific papers to present your original work / experiences or case studies and share issues relevant to occupational health. You will have the opportunity to meet and share your experiences with experts from the industry and academia.

The Scientific Sessions will consist of orations, guest lectures, symposia, panel discussions, poster presentations and free paper sessions. We invite active participation of delegates in the Scientific

Authors are requested to submit a soft copy in electronic form (Windows XP, Office 2003 / 2007,Times New Roman, Font 12) on a CD by courier or as a copy of Word Attachment by email. There will be audio-visual facilities for presentations, viz., LCD and video projections. The author / presentor of scientific paper / poster must register as delegate.

The time allotted for each scientific paper presentation will be strictly 10 minutes. Please ensure that the presenting author’s address, telephone / fax numbers and email addresses are mentioned. All abstract material for papers and posters will be reviewed by a Scientific Committee. A total of 60 abstracts for papers and any number for poster presentations shall be allowed. All the authors who are presenting the scientific papers are requested to send their abstracts before 30th November 2009 and full text by 31st December 2009. The decision on selection of abstracts by the Scientific Committee will be final. You may submit an abstract, not exceeding 300 words.
